Through trial and error we've concocted the perfect blend of root beer. Our micro-brew root beer is our own special recipe featuring 7 ingredients, some of which are brown sugar, molasses, and honey.
Our on-site brewers brew our root beer
daily. It takes 48 hours to
brew, and 48 hours to ferment. The whole process takes just under four
days to complete.
Our root beer is on tap and always served in a frosty mug. Want your
root beer to go? Order root beer in to go cups. Our rootbeer is
bottomless glass as long as it holds out. Get here early because we do
run out most nights. As of 2012 we go through about 10 gallons per
night.
